The Berega Hospital in Morogoro, Tanzania, is a 150-bed facility serving a catchment area of 1.5 million people. Its needs are many. UNITE has been working with Berega since 2008 to:
- Supply the hospital with a new generator, medical supplies and water purification systems
- Deliver clothes and materials to the Berega Orphanage, which cares for infants whose mothers die during childbirth
Today the hospital is facing a critical shortage of medicine and medical supplies. UNITE is actively seeking hospitals, clinics and medical NGOs to help us meet their needs. If you have any information, please email email@example.com.
